Joey Chestnut has conquered hot dogs on Coney Island.

Now, Chestnut and some of the country's top competitive eaters will be coming to the Wisconsin State Fair for the first Cheese Curd-Eating Championship.

The competition will take place at noon on Aug. 11 at the Associated Bank Amphitheater at State Fair Park.

Chestnut, of San Jose, Calif., is the 11-time winner of Nathan's Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest.

Other ranked competitors include Gideon Oji from Morrow, Ga., Darron Breeden from Orange, Va., Matthew Raible from Edwards, Ill., and Andrew Kogutkiewicz from Racine.

"Success will need to be earned at The Wisconsin State Fair Cheese Curd Eating Championship,” Major League Eating emcee Sam Barclay said in a statement.
