3:15 p.m.: 

In new data released by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services on Sunday, 400 of 7,277 new COVID-19 tests came back positive, or 5.5%.

That brings the statewide totals to 15,277 positive tests and 186,206 negative tests. About 9,000 people have recovered while about 5,800 remain actively ill.

Three more COVID-19-related deaths were reported also, bringing the state’s total to 510.
