6:30 A.M.: 57-year-old woman dies in West Allis

A 57-year-old woman has died from the coronavirus in West Allis, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The office Tweeted early Thursday that the woman had been hospitalized since March 19.

It’s one of 10 confirmed cases in West Allis and one of five deaths in the county as of Thursday morning, according to Milwaukee County’s online coronavirus dashboard.
