Industrial Park Commission Minutes of December 4, 2008 |

The Industrial Park Commission met at the Skyline Golf Course on December 4, 2008 at 12:00 P.M. Commissioners Fred Goettl, Bob Becker, Dennis Eberhardt, Tim Tranberg and Mayor Danielson were present.
1.The Commission discussed the $100,000 Economic Development Fund loan application submitted by Advanced Management Solutions, LLC owned by Tim and Sherri Torkelson. They are building a 10,000 sq. ft. building in the City’s Industrial Park at a cost of $400,000. They plan to employ 7 full-time employees with the AMS business above and a new venture, Positive Impressions, LLC, a supplier of printed materials for the veterinary industry.
2.It was moved by Commissioner Becker, seconded by Mayor Danielson to recommend a $100,000 Economic Development Fund Loan to the business as above. The terms would be a 10 year note at 3% interest with a 5 year balloon. There would be a shared 1st mortgage and a personal guarantee of the Torkelsons. Motion carried.
3. Meeting adjourned.
