The Committee as a Whole met at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls on September 26, 2006 at 6:00 P.M. Alderpersons Olson, Austin, Onstad, Johnson, Mathews, Eddy and Rahmlow were present. Alderperson Danielson was excused. Mayor Joseph J. Hunter presided.
1. The Committee reviewed the proposed Development Agreement by and between Rock Valley Holding Company, Inc. and the City of Black River Falls. The agreement details the Tax Increment District being created for the old “Pines” property. The agreement will be on the agenda for final action at the October 2, 2007 Council meeting.

2. It was moved by Alderperson Mathews, seconded by Alderperson Eddy to adjourn. Motion carried.
