The Plan Commission met at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls on November 9, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. Commissioners Danielson, D. Johnson, Boisen and Tamminen were present. Commissioners Helland, Moe and G. Johnson were absent.
- Mayor Danielson opened the public hearing relative to the request by James Carmichael, Becky Amberg and Teri Gjerseth for a conditional use permit to operate a clinic (birth center/well woman clinic) at 351 North Water Street as published. Becky and Teri explained the operations of a birthing center and stated they had contacted the adjoining property owners who did not object to their proposal. There were no objections in attendance.
- It was moved by Commissioner Tamminen, seconded by Commissioner Boisen to allow a clinic at 351 North Water Street as above. Motion carried with Commissioner D. Johnson voting no.
- It was moved by Commissioner Boisen, seconded by Commissioner Tamminen to adjourn. Motion carried.
